Just a great fit for a city escape in Ho Chi Minh City with outstanding value for money. The staff was really responsive to my breakfast requests, which made mornings easier. Definitely plan your outings around traffic times to avoid long waits.

Great food downstairs!

Location not as great as advertised!!! Too far from tourist areas, making excursions difficult. The restaurant prices are high for the quality, not to mention the disturbance from slamming doors and inconsiderate staff behaviors!!!

La Bonita is definitly not worth the fuss! The location is a joke, far from anything interesting, then I had staff bursting into my room unannounced, how rude! Almost left a good review but where was my complimentary room upgrade to make up for it? I mean, I deserved at least that!

The staff was super friendly and my room had everything I needed, which made my stay cozy. I loved the sun terrace for chilling out and the bar-restaurant for some tasty meals. The only downside was that the beds could use an upgrade, but they handled my request quickly, so it wasn't a big deal at all! 😊

Great stay with cool laundry service!

Had a solid 2-night stay as a solo traveler. The managers were super on it—fixed issues right away. Free laundry service was a lifesaver. dropped off stuff and it was back the next morning! The bar area was nice, perfect for kicking back. But the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty sometimes.

The Superior Suite was pretty cozy, with a good amount of space. I loved how the beds were comfy, made it easy to crash after a long day. They had nice decor everywhere, which added charm. But the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which could be annoying while trying to plan outings.

I arrived during the big holiday and the staff didn't just leave me hangin, they made breakfast plans for me each morning. Tran and Nam were legends making sure I got what I wanted to eat, it was surprisingly tasty
